The highest standards

We’re proud to have achieved the highest standards across all four pillars of our manufacturing operations, spanning health & safety, environmental, process and manufacturing standards. With a business-wide commitment to best practice, we use these standards to strive for excellence, following a programme of continuous improvement right across the organisation.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). Our certification to ISO 14001 underpins our dedication to improving our environmental performance, highlighting how hard we work to measure and continually improve not only our own environmental impact but our role in ensuring the optimum levels of environmental performance of our customers.

ISO 45001

ISO 45001 certification demonstrates that we operate a best-practice Occupational Health and Safety Management System. As well as reducing the likelihood of accidents on site and any breaches of legislation, it means we’ve created the best possible working conditions across our organisation, going above and beyond what’s legally required, highlighting our ongoing commitment to health and safety.

ISO 9001

Our ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS) documents our processes, procedures, and responsibilities, which form the basis of our quality policies and objectives. It helps us to develop and improve our performance, demonstrating high levels of service quality to our customers while enabling us to meet the precise needs of customers and other stakeholders.

RoSPA Gold Medal Award

We’re been recipients of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Gold Medal Awards since 2005. Recognising our place among the world-leaders in health and safety practice, these highly sought-after awards demonstrate our commitment to risk control for both our own business and that of our customers.

Regulations

We ensure we comply with all relevant legislation within the existing UK regulatory framework, resulting in a safe and legal manufacturing environment across all our sites. As such, we adhere to the following regulations:

  • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health 2002 (COSHH)
  • The Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR)
