Fujifilm’s talk
Fujifilm delivered a talk entitled “A Comprehensive Approach to Ink Development for Complex Industrial Inkjet Projects”. Our colleagues Rachel Li, Segment Marketing Manager, and Angelique Runacre, Research and Development Technical Manager, discussed about the benefits of digital printing for industrial applications. Ink development for industrial inkjet projects presents challenges that must consider unique and demanding application needs, ink interactions with the print system and pre- and post-processes. The presentation asked whether relying solely on a formulation approach is enough to deliver the optimum ink solution. And explored how a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to the ink development can deliver a robust ink solution in the most efficient way, supported by practical examples.
